What to Expect

Your first visit will be approximately 45 minutes long where we will go through a thorough history, exams, and a movement analysis. All of these will be combined together to determine the best treatment plan that is individualized to you, and get to the root cause of your pain.

​Right after you book your first appointment you will receive an email with new patient intake forms to be completed before you come into the office.

What is a sports chiropractor?

You do not need to be an athlete to see a sports chiropractor. There are many chiropractic techniques, a traditional chiropractor utilizes adjustments to the spine and extremities. This is a fantastic approach to care that helps a lot of people. A sports chiropractor will utilize adjustments to the spine, as well as, soft tissue techniques. We are a blend between physical therapists and chiropractors.

Do you take insurance?

We do not take insurance directly. In order to give you the optimum level of care we take more time to stay with our patients in a one on one setting. This way we can offer a complete treatment of various techniques and spend more time with patients. You can however use your FSA or HSA card.

But what if I want to use my insurance?

We will be happy to write up a “super-bill” for you. This means at the end of your plan we will email you an in depth bill that includes all the techniques utilized. You can then turn this into your insurance company and they will reimburse you for the treatments they cover.

If you’re located inside a gym, do I need to be a member there?

​We are located inside a gym but you do not need to be a member to come in and utilize our services. If you would like to take a class for the day or workout you will need a day pass to use the facility.

Do you recommend long term treatment plans?

No. We create an individualized plan for each patient that does not require upfront contracts.
